Official Rules: $1,000 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway

The $1,000 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Improvement Ventures LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on November 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entries must be completed and submitted during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who have previously completed an in-home demonstration with a qualified remodeling company.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, eligible participants must:

1. Complete a free, recorded feedback survey call regarding their previous in-home demonstration experience with a qualified remodeling company.
2. Complete and submit the designated Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period.

Each eligible person may submit one (1) entry only. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified. Entries must contain accurate information and comply with these Official Rules.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Completing the feedback survey call and submitting the entry form are required to enter the Giveaway.

By participating in the recorded feedback survey call, entrants acknowledge that the call will be recorded. Any required notice and consent will be obtained in accordance with applicable law.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Amazon Gift Card valued at $1,000 USD.

The prize will be delivered electronically to the winner's email address after the winner has been verified and has accepted the prize. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsor's discretion where permitted by law.

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with accepting or using the prize.

Amazon is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this Giveaway.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will take place on January 5, 2027.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on their entry form. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, undeliverable messages, spam filtering, or other communication failures beyond its reasonable control.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification to claim the prize and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility.

If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may disqualify that individual and select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. The same notification and claim process will apply to any alternate winner.

The Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway and selection of the winner will be final, subject to applicable law.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

8. Personal Information and Publicity

Information provided in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and deliver the prize, subject to applicable law.

Any use of a winner's name, likeness, or other identifying information for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and any required consent.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, provides false information, or attempts to interfere with the fair operation of the Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity or proper administration, subject to applicable law.

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and acknowledge that the Giveaway is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications; technical failures; unauthorized interference; or other errors that may affect the administration of the Giveaway.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a written request by mail within sixty (60) days after the end of the Giveaway Period to:

The Sponsor will provide the winner's name in accordance with applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are subject to applicable laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without limiting any rights or protections participants may have under the laws of their state of residence.

Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon is not a sponsor of this Giveaway and is not responsible for its administration or the awarding of the prize.
